May 20th was National Rescue Dog Day, and no one knows how to celebrate it better than Miranda Lambert. The country star has 9 rescue dogs of her own along with an incredible organization called MuttNation Foundation. Nothing means more to her than saving the lives of dogs in need. So, she decided to do something special.
In honor of National Rescue Dog Day, Lambert will be holding auditions for a new music video. However, she doesn’t want people in it. Instead, she’s looking for talented rescue dogs!
All Rescue Dogs Welcome!
Lambert made a post on her social media to share the news about this event. She wished all her fans a happy National Rescue Dog Day, and then she shared multiple photos of her own fur babies.
There aren’t many details about this new project, but she simply says that she’s making a music video to celebrate. She encourages all her fans to send in photos and videos of their rescue dogs to be considered for the video. Then, she will choose some of those entries to be featured.

Also, if you’re currently fostering a dog, you should consider entering as well. Lambert is very grateful for every person who chooses to foster. So, foster pups are welcome to apply too, of course.
