When Sandy Hernandez’ two Siberian Huskies went missing, he was devastated. They managed to hop the fence in their yard and Hernandez spent the entire weekend searching for them, but to no avail. However, they were lucky enough to be picked up by Miami-Dade Animal Services who found them on the streets.

The Hernandez family decided to get their dogs, Chloe and Teddy, photoshoot to highlight the importance of pet adoption. Thinking that they were strays, a man was kind enough to bring them to a shelter and reunite them with their beloved family. That’s when the animal protection service director contacted Eduardo, explaining that they were already at their headquarters and available for adoption.

When Hernandez arrived, he saw his two beautiful pooches posing for the cameras during the photoshoot.
“That’s my dog, man! That’s my dog,” he yelled, as he ran up to the shoot crying. He immediately hugged his dogs, who were equally as happy to see their owner again.

The pups, 3-year-old Ragnar and 11-month-old Kloud are now back at home with Hernandez. Hernandez also decided to get both of them microchipped to avoid situations like this in the future.
