The latest device is the creation of an international team of researchers and has been under development for several years.

The question is: can a man-made device ever stand up to the natural talent of canines?

A Tip From +THE HEALTHY HOUND

To protect your dog in the car, choose a harness or crate that has been crash test certified by the Center for Pet Safety.
