Steve Irwin’s daughter Bindi Irwin loves animals as much as he did, and she often shows it through her social media posts. Yet, Bindi recently took a break from social media to relax and spend more time with her beautiful family. Of course, that didn’t stop her dog and her husband from sharing updates.
Bindi and her husband Chandler Powell have an Instagram page specifically for their dogs. They have two canines: a Pug named Stella and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Piggy. Both dogs are adorable, but they’re even cuter when they interact with the couple’s baby, Grace Warrior. New photos of the family are incredibly heartwarming!
Dog and Baby Love Each Other
Shortly after Bindi’s social media hiatus, Stella and Piggy’s Instagram page posted an adorable family photo. It shows Bindi sitting down with Piggy and 3-month-old Grace Warrior on her lap. All three of them are clearly very happy and loved.
“Hi baby hoooman sister and sweet mama @bindisueirwin. I love you both so much,” ‘Piggy’ captioned the photo.
Yet, this isn’t the first time Piggy and Grace have been seen bonding. The little dog has posed for several other pictures with Bindi and the baby. It’s clear that Piggy loves her little human sister so much.
The most recent picture of Piggy and Grace is a family photo, with Chandler holding Piggy while Bindi holds Grace. Piggy is showering her mom with kisses while the baby stares at the furry family member in awe. Many people commented how cute the family was, but a lot of followers couldn’t help but mention that they liked Bindi’s hair, which is dyed almost blonde in the new image.

Bindi’s break from the spotlight took place after her feud with her grandfather, Bob Irwin. She announced that he had no interest in spending time with her family, and it became very public after that. So, she decided to take a break from posting publicly to focus on her family and mental health. After all, she seems happiest when she’s surrounded by her loved ones, including her mom, brother, husband, and of course, her dogs and daughter.
“Hi guys, Just a note to say thank you for your support. I’m taking a break from social media and most of my work in the public eye for a month to be with my beautiful daughter and my wonderful family,” Bindi wrote. “I feel tremendously grateful to share our life and conservation work with you but I need some time to focus on the happiness that is my family (both human and animal). You can keep up with our adventures by following my family and Australia Zoo on social media.”
In her caption, she went on to explain that many people had reached out to her with stories about anxiety, depression, and other mental health problems. Bindi explained that mental health is very important and needs more understanding and support than it gets. She believes everyone is worthy of love and kindness.
Bindi Irwin has a big heart and the cutest family! So, fans respect her decision to stay out of the spotlight, but still get excited to see cute photos of Grace and Piggy. It’s great to see that Bindi and Chandler are raising their daughter to love animals as much as they do!
