Giant Dog Has A Hard Time Making New Friends – Until His Human’s Post Goes Viral

Robyn Burns, mom of a Hungarian Vizsla named Finn, took to Twitter to post a plea for her 10-month-old pup. You see, Finn is like any other young, friendly, happy-go-lucky pooch; except for the fact that he’s already a whopping 75 pounds!

After one particularly depressing walk, Burns posted on social media to ask the other pup parents they see on outings to give her big friendly baby a chance!

“Infuriating and heartbreaking when folk pull their dog away from Finn just cos he’s big 😢 he just wants pals to play with. Look at his wee face he wouldn’t hurt a fly. Play with him please x”

She added honestly in a separate tweet:

“Must add I do take him away if a dog is teeny cos he’s just a big clumsy goat but someone took their staffy away from him and it’s like they should understand ☹️

(After all, he’s still learning how to coordinate those giant, floppy paws!)

Little did this dog mom know that her posted plea would be liked over 67 thousand times, re-shared over 7.5 thousand times, and would draw in friend requests and tweets from dozens of other pooches!

Check out some of Finn’s new friends – including many who can relate!

Burns’ post must have been read by many dog lovers near her hometown, because the day after she tweeted it, she wrote an update about a successful outing with her massive dog:

“Update: got him along the shore and he’s been playing with so many dogs. Finn’s a happy boy ❤️

According to The Scottish Sun, the Burns said:

“People will have their reasons maybe if their dog is injured or old but I just felt like on one particular walk it happened a lot of times in a row and I was sad for Finn so I tweeted about it.

I really never expected this reaction. I wish there was a way to gather all the dogs together for a dog party.”

Congrats Finn! We hope you make tons of new friends.
