I brought supplements for my 2. One had trouble after x rays and biggish bill, vet said might be arthritis. Got on to web page. Gave glucosamine, one a day. So gave both dogs, look on web pages. Cleared up was OK after. Helps joints.

My Yorkie, Haley passed away 2 months ago … she would of been 16 this week. Her knees would pop out as a puppy- I started her on 1/4 pill of Dasuquin every day. It’s for joints! Her knees never popped out again. She still jumped up on our couch and would run up and down the hall chasing her toy…and able to go up and down 14 steps until her last day. I believe giving her the Dasuquin helped her. She ate steak ums and Angel hair everyday… regular dry dog food (very little every day)!

Managing arthritis in yorkies requires a holistic approach that emphasizes a well-balanced, anti-inflammatory diet. Integrating ingredients rich in fish oil for dogs, antioxidants, and natural supplements like glucosamine for dogs and chondroitin can significantly improve joint health and mobility. Consult with a veterinarian to personalize your yorkie’s dietary plan, accounting for breed, size, and specific health requirements. By incorporating these food recommendations and maintaining a healthy weight, you will not only alleviate your dog’s arthritis symptoms but also boost their overall well-being, ensuring a happier, more comfortable life for your yorkie.
