A German Shepherd was seen staying near a grave in Belgrade, Serbia. The dog seemed anxious and refused to leave, even digging a hole underneath the grave. The locals assumed the dog was mourning its deceased owner, but there was more to the story.

Surprisingly, the dog found in the graveyard was actually a homeless mother trying hard to take care of her newborn puppies. She used the hole in the graveyard as a temporary shelter to protect her four puppies from the harsh weather. However, she was struggling to feed and care for them properly.

Fortunately, Vesna Mihajloski, an animal rescuer, came to the aid of a mother dog in distress. She rescued the weak and underfed puppies from their dire living conditions and brought them to a shelter. The mother dog was appreciative of the new comfortable shelter and the warm bed provided for her precious puppies. Through proper medical care and nourishing food, the lovely dog family quickly thrived at the shelter!

Thanks to Vesna’s care, the mama dog is now relaxed and happy, and her puppies are starting to show their playful, silly personalities. Despite the initial sadness, the story has turned into a heartwarming tale of the mama dog’s love for her puppies.
